Just knowing that a great civilization lived where you are standing and looking at... A must to see  I have to say that at first the Foro Romano was more of a disappointement to me. You've heard about it so much and in the end what do you see? A bunch of stones in no particular order. But my... rome 08 The Roman Forum was amazing. rome was a world power and to see it in ruins now is amazing. Only way to see any attractions is by guided tours. There is a lot of ruined buildings, only a guided tour... Amazing, find out what your looking at! This was one of the most amazing places that i have ever been too. The only thing was that there was so much, and we didnt know what it was! I highly sugest to get a tour guide or a tourist booklet... A great place to check out This place looked really neat at night! Rome at night with the lights around the ruins is great. I really enjoyed all of Rome. It feels wonderful walking around at night too. When it is so hot during... I loved Rome! I loved this place so much, it was so unique and unsettling to see such ancient beauty. I went to Rome on a Contiki trip and we got a tour of all of the ruins, it was so amazing. I actually walked... Had Fun Love It! I love this place neve loved any other place in rome as much as i love this one great service! kind people and nice confy beds!!! Ancient culture To think that the Ceasars of Rome walked where I walked. It is mind-boggling and awesome. So much history, so much culture every where you turn. Magnificent. roman forum is first stop it literally takes you back into ancient rome. no other sight will do it like this place. it is best to tour with a guide book or tour guide then explore by yourself. best value because its free...
