Many one of a kind items with historical significance, such as the Heritage Silver Streak train, make this destination a must... Dissapointed I would have to say that the actual Museum of Science and industry is pathetic at best. Sure the U-505 sub is worthwhile, the OmniMaxx is worthwhile, train layout and coal mine. The human body samples... The best Museum ever... Absolutely the best museum I have ever been to. So much to see and so much to do. My only suggestion is to go early in the morning, or else you might run out of time! Body Worlds is Awesome I had 1 day to spend downtown Chicago and decided to go visit the new exhibit Body Worlds at the M. of S. and I. and it was awesome!! I decided to go on a day when general admission was free, so... wasn't what I was expecting I came to Chicago mainly to visit the Body Worlds exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry. First of all, when you buy your tickets, they give you a show time. They send a big group of people... cory This place is great. Although i dont have any kids its still one of my fav's to do while in Chi town. The only downside if i was forced to find fault would be the long lines that happen on... Something for everyone! I love this place it really does have something for everyone. I usually go with my four children that range in age from 2-12 and they all enjoy going there immensely.The prices for admission are... Gotta go there We loved the Museum of Science and Industry. It is well worth the time and cost. Even the kids stayed entertained. We were there when Body Worlds was there--simply awesome.
