We try to visit every year !! WOW IT WAS AWESOME HANDS DOWN. take your bathers definately but it was an amazing place to stay. We will definately, no questions asked, go back there Don't miss this. A designated National Park with rangers on hand to answer questions. There is a wonderful film presenting the role that children and youth had in the civil rights movement. There is a tour of... STRONG ROOTS THE DR KING GRAVESITE.

ONE OF OUR FIRST STOPS BY CITY BUS,WAS THE
"SWEET AUBURN" AREA.
IT HAS SO MUCH HISTORY, THAT IT MAKES TEARS COME... very moving I did my own freedom walk from the city to the memorial. I found it very moving and very serene, the gift shop has some great items on the civil rights movement too. Worth a look if you are there... Can't wait to go back My first trip to the center was 6/30/06 with my church youth group. It was AWSOME! I was so moved. We did not get a chance to see everything, so my family and I are planning a family trip in... WoW Something we all should see, the birth house, place Doc. King played as kids... it great for everyone, i took my mom and 3 brothers and little sister they all had a lot of funn and learn a lot about... Excellent  I thought it was great. The first time i went i was little and i was w/ my family for our family reunion. We were doing a WALKING tour of the area and as a lil kid i got impatient. Last time i went...
