The fountain was under construction. The only kewl thing was finding my cousin n laws brick that he purchased. A Beautiful Park  Since 1996 this park has been the best. Everyone must go down there for a walk, picnic or just some fresh air. Have fun! awsome  i just went to aqurium that day, it was so cool, because it have hunderds of different kind of sea animals, i just couldn't believe what i saw, you know that was a amazing experience. Romantic Atmosphere This spot is the heart of Atlanta, its located within walking distant from the train station and downtown shopping area. The park has a romantic atmosphere for two and you can include your children... Oasis of calm in an active city I was just wandering around in the city looking at things and came across this gem of a park. It is a large park with wide paved walkways made of bricks with the names of contributors engraved.... A dream come true! I'm still thrilled thinking that I've been here. It all started from a mere postcard 10 years ago and who could have thought I will be here! It was just a nice park to be at... So meaningful... Pride of Atlanta This urban oasis is the pride of Atlanta. Built in conjunction with the city's hosting of the centennial summer Olympic games in 1996, this is a great place to relax, watch the fountains dance... A jewel in the city What a gem this park is, its free and very attractive and clean. To watch kids play in the fountain on a hot day is worth the time to go there. Lovely place to sit and unwind from doing the tourist... Gosia I visited Atlanta in July and that's the city that I could live in.In spite of being a huge city it has a special,friendly atmosphere and the people are really nice.The World of Coca-Cola and... close to downtown, convenient I liked the prestige of the location knowing that the olympics were there. I had to deal with a few pesky pan hanglers that kind of irritated me. However the upkeep and grounds were very nice and...
