My Most Favorite memory  Big Ben is what I remember the most of when I lived in England. It will be the first place I go to visit when I go back. Oh What a Time! England itself was an amazing experience. Though some attractions weren't as good as i thought they would be i enjoyed myself. If I get the chance I will go back again. New Year's Eve in London  There was something about seeing Big Ben from across the street that made me just stand there and stare. It is a very impressive sight. I saw it many times while we where there from 12/26/06 to... LOVE to hear that chime !! My daughter and I saw this in the evening... magnificent. It is so different to be standing right there when it chimes !! I thought it looked nice in pictures, but it is totally awesome to be standing... A must-see Not seeing the Big Ben in London is like not seeing the Great Wall of China when visiting Beijing. While you can't actually go up the tower to see the great bell (which is actually what the... Only a Clock. It's one of those things you have to see when in London. I went and checked my clock was correct, it was. ;)
Seriously, it's worth the time to go and see it as it's also on a nice... BIggy benny! I like this place coz u can feel the time moving in such a big manner so that it will make every second of your life very precious! Doesn't Ring While it's a great photo op, Big Ben doesn't ring (or didn't in May 05) and we wasted a half hour in the crowded over-priced coffee shop across the street waiting to see for ourselves...
