I liked Notre-Dame, but I don't understand why it's so famous and most people have never heard of Sacre-Coeur. I don't remember... Beautiful Sacre Coeur and the rest of the 18th arrondisement is my favorite area of the city. The views are spectacular, the people are friendly. The climb to the Basilica is one of the things that makes... A day to rember  Its so beutiful you could spend all day there sitting in the sun. It would make your children stare at in in awe just like I did when I was a kid l'Tour de Cripte is a wonderful surprise! We saw a sign that offered what I mistranslated as a tour of the cripts in the basement. Instead it was an oppertunity to go from the very base of the beautiful cathedrale with it's intimate... wow! i really liked this place. its name has something to do with a sacred heart.. i wonder who's.... hmm wouldnt that be funny if you re just walking around in there and you found a heart? yeah... Visit to Paris If you ever visit Paris, do not forget to see the Sacre Coeur Basilique on top of the Montmarte. One of the most beautiful basiliques I have ever seen. Full of candle light and a very relaxing atmosphere... Solemn That's what I thought about this basilica, the highest point in Paris. But I think that about many churches who now, due to financial crises, must open themselves up to being tourist attraction... A little heaven on earth I lived in Paris for 2 years, not too far from the Sacre Coeur. Each night, we would take a walk from our apartment up the stairs to one of the most beautiful sites...Sacre Coeur standing tall and... This is my favorite neighborhood in Paris! The Basilique du Sacre-Coeur was spectacular! The neighborhood surrounding it was my favorite. There are a lot of little shops and restaurants and the people are very friendly there. Surrounding...
