Not far from Patong. And gettign home, you dont have to waiti ages tfor a bus My Assessment  The show itself is very fascinating. However, our mistake was that we went with one of the tour groups. They picked us up at the hotel at 5:30pm and droped us at 11:00pm. The show started at 9:00pm... so much to see The colour and music on the big stage was amazing, you didnt know where to look there was so much going on. We also had the buffet dinner before the show, it was wonderful. I reccomend to anyone... Ho-hum  The performance fell short of my expectations. Maybe I am a traditionalist but the lights and smoke seemed to cheapen the cultural value of the show. FantaSea isn't the greatest show in Asia... What you should understand before you reserve... The way this place makes money is 3 fold, first you have to walk through a long line of shops before getting to the resturant/show building. second they give you too much time to eat, enought time... worth the money that we paid Well ! we had a nice and pleasant time when we visited this park lately. Staffs are well trained together with their friendliness. They are very helpful and efficient with dealing with guests. Buffet... dreadful; waste of money  Felt nauseous during the whole show at tacky and noisy Broadway-ised display of Thai "culture" -- this is NOT culture. To get to the show one is forced to wade through an appalling arcade... cant believe there is a place beautiful li i loved all the place specially the show and the elephants i loved every rhing in it really it was mon my honey moon and i really didnt want to go to the hotel.the food is great,the show is unbelievable... Excellent & Amazing I went Pukhet last week.Its beautifull specially Phuket Fantansia is excellent out class entertainment. The cultural show, food, buffet, elephants, dances, magic,games,specially shooting :,people... A wonderful cultural shock I enjoyed the show with the local Thai people allowing us to see their culture.
