Or, just soak-in the many great views! A Beautiful Bridge The San Francisco Bridge is a large beautiful suspened structure that spans overlooking the Bay in San Francisco, California. I've gone across it many times. It's been quite awhile since... Be prepared- windy, cold & walking!  I liked the Golden Gate bridge, because, of course, it is one of the most famous bridges in the world, and I can say that I walked all the way across it. Just a warning- I went in July, and it... The City on a motorcycle The best way possible to view all San Francisco has to offer is by motorcycle. The Golden Gate provided an excellent backdrop for some fantastic pictures of our bikes. An Awesome Experience! The toll of $5/car (southbound into the city, only) is well worth the awe-inspiring experience of driving under those famous Golden spires (more a dark orange, really), even when it's foggy... San Francisco Most people drive over the bridge and think they've seen it. NOT.
Park on the SF side and take a hike over it. There are plaques explaining its history and interesting facts and the views are... Golden Gate Bridge Awesome views and a great place for tourists. A lot of history and what makes San Francisco famous. By the way it is not in the Marina, it is the Presidio of San Francisco. We can't wait to go back!  I did not like the service. It was not a cool site. And there were lots of people that were mean. This place was just rude.
