I didn't care for this! The oil in the street is heavy, and if you are on a motorcycle...DON'T DO IT!!! Your brake is of little help due to the slope. In a car it is a tight turn all the way down and the line alone... What an experience  We took a lot of pictures here. Lombard Street was a cool stop! We made the hike up to the top. A lot of work for a piddly view  Walking uphill both ways (literally), this locale is far from worth it. Perhaps a block in length (I know, the movies and t.v. sitcoms make it seem longer), this venture is overrated. Instead... It's just a steep crooked road! It may be dubbed the crookedest street in the world, but when you actually got there, you will realize it's just a steep crooked road.
