Answer #2 yes,anywhere you travel outside your country you will need a passport.Like I live in America and i went to Germany to visit my family.They would not let me go if I did not have a passport proving who I am and if I am allowed out of the country and into another country.If you don't have one then do it as fast as possible cause here in Texas it takes up to 6 weeks for it to come in. Answer #3 a visa? Aruba to my knowledge does not require visa's from neighboring countries for a short visit. They do require a permit to stay in the country for extended periods.They will require your passport to enter the country.Check out http://www.aruba.com this site will allow you to link to the government pages.
