Most of the major airlines operate between those cities since they are hub cities.Check out travelocity.com. Even if you don't purchase from there (as sometimes it's better to go directly to the airline website), you'll be able to get a good idea of who flies between those cities and what it will cost you.Good luck and happy travels!

Check the wikipedia pages for the two airports. Most airport pages have lists of the cities served from that airport and the names of the airlines. It's probably not 100% up to date, but you can get names of airlines and then check their websites for more details.
