Question : Air Traveling Chile to Dom. Rep. via Panama with child. Is it ok child permission to say "Travel to Chile"?
The notarized letter from the father says, he is giving permission for her to travel to Chile for Vacations. No direct flights Dom. Rep-ChileThe connection is in Panama. Is this Document ok.?

If it is notarized you shouldn't have any problems. Also, it is most likely you will be flying Copa Airlines if connecting in Panama. If you are in transit, you will not need to go through Panamanian immigration. Therefore you shouldn't have any problems at the airport in Panama.
