Question : do i need an extra visa?

what nationality are you that's the important one.I don't see that its a problem as you are covered by the agreement with your residency, but double check with the travel agent who books the ticket. Flying from france is definetely no problem as you are turkish citizen.

As somebody who has travelled to Turkey i do know that a payable visa is received upon entry. It is £10 sterling and the equivalent in Euro's. The visa is valid for 3 months as they stamp your passport and date it. This is what you are paying the money for.Hope this is of help
