All Answers: Answer #1 The best time to visit is November and April/ May. After that, it gets expensive because of either summer, christmas, or college students vacation.France is lovely and London as well. Check some of our pictures at http://photos.adunagow.net - answered by Tiger820
Answer #2 From where? Pricing seasons vary depending where you begin travel. I have to agree with an earlier answer, then, and say that from North America, spring and fall are great times to visit because airfare is cheaper, crowds are thinner, and weather is often glorious. Of course there might still be a chill in the air, and rain is always possible, but weighing all the variables, I think April/May or Sept/early Oct. are good bets.Transatlantic airfares are most expensive for departures in June, July, and August. Depart just a day or 2 before or after this "peak season" can save you hundreds on the airfare.Winter is cheapest for airfares, but days are shorter, more likely to be rainy and of course, cold. You should try Orbitz and sign up for their fare watcher email. It will alert you when fares drop below what they are currently. For spring or fall on MIA - PAR, roundtrip, I'd expect airfare in the range $450-$750; low end if you catch a good sale, high end if not. - answered by Eurotrip Don
Answer #3 Try Peloponesse in Greece. You can land in Athens and rent a car. You can find cheap accomodation and meals are also very cheap. Not so many tourists (exept locals in July and August). In general a very nice place to visit and you can easily spend 14 days driving around. - answered by chr_met
