All Answers: Answer #1 The Hyatt has a very nice Easter brunch. You can also take a cab and go to the Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown for their Easter dinner. Make reservations wherever you go. - answered by tbugs
Answer #2 I agree with the person who suggested the Hyatt, there on New Jersey Ave. Only a couple blocks away is the Dubliner, which is in the Pheonix Hotel...they have everything from a fine dining dining room (which I think goes by a different name) to a fun pub, I'm sure they will have a nice Easter menu. - answered by JaguarWoman
Answer #3 I like The Capital Grille http://www.thecapitalgrille.com/Locations/WashingtonDC/DinnerAppetizers.asp?Location=WashingtonDCAs the others have said, the Hyatt http://washingtonregency.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/entertainment/restaurants/index.jsp Old Ebbit Grill (not really on Capitol Hill/across from the White House) http://www.ebbitt.com/main/index-flash.cfm - answered by Casual Traveler
Answer #4 One of the nicest restaurants on Capitol Hill is Two Quail. It's in a Victorian row house, only a few blocks from the Senate side and very close to Union Station.Web site: http://www.twoquail.com/reviews.html - answered by Galen22201
