Question : I travel from US to Hungary first and after to Russia. I mixed up with stamps in the passports?
I am not sure which passport I use to leave and to ener , usually they ask both visas.

take them both with you (just in case), it's easier to enter Russia with the Russian passport, but in case they do not see the required stamp there, you can always show your Hungarian passport then

You will have russian stamps anyway

I assume that you have both U.S. and Russian passport and no visas. In this case you use your Russian passport for Russia - when you enter and leave it. When you'll be leaving Russia an airline agent might ask you to show the proof of your status in the U.S., but not the border guard - for the border guard the concern is that you had entered Russia legally (that's why you have to show the same passport both times).If you have a Russian visa in your (non-Russian) passport, you don't need a Russian passport at all.
