Question : What is the cheapest way to travel from Amsterdam - Munich?
I'm looking at travelling from Amsterdam to Munich on the 23rd of August. I don't mind whether I catch a sleeper train, normal train or fly, but I just want to know what my cheapest option would be, and how I would go about booking that?Cheers

The cheapest option is to walk, but you probably have already ruled that out.

normal train is cheaper but sleeper more comfortable and saves you accommodation costs for a night. you can book on www.diebahn.de from the german side; i'm not sure the dutch website but you could just buy at the station. flying saves time and is sometimes cheapest, depending on whether there are specials available. try ryanair.com and easyjet.com.

U can either book urself on budget flights or try for quotes on eurorail.Or u can always go to a main station in Amsterdam, get a travel agent to give u a few options. They shud have more options than wot u can find online.U can check the links below for flights. But its best if u book earlier on the budget flights as when ure draw closer to the travel date, the prices go up.Happy Hunting!

Budget airlines are the best. You can find a selection of them at www.whichbudget.com. The website is easy to use and provides links to various airlines. One tip- book your flight well in advance to avail of special offers that such budget airlines always make.
