Question : how to travel from Seattle to Anchorage cheap?

You can always fly, take a cruise, or theres an alternative. A ferry. But the ferry dosent take off from Seattle, I belive it takes off from Bellingham (north of Seattle) and arrive in Seward (south of Anchorage).

If cheap is the word... then fly is the answer. Alaska Airlines from Seattle is your best bet.

If you are adventurous you can travel by bus through Canada. GLI brings you to Whitehourse,YT where the conection to Alaska Direct Bus service can be made. I believe the total cost is about $125 each way. I know there are ferries that also make the trip from the terminal at Bellingham seasonally.
