There are buses that go to these places, of course. If you are there to see historical sights and have only few days to play around, join the tour buses. Check with the hotel you are staying, chances are they have connections and will happily book the trip for you. The tour bus will come and pick you up and drop you off. Cost per trip is approximately 67 euros and it may or may not include lunch. Entrance fee to the historical sight is usually included

by train with renfe would be best to go valencia to granada to cordoba to malaga. check out www.renfe.es for tickets etc. site is in english too.
