Question : I will travel to Madrid with a 6 pound dog. What are the regulations for taking the dog into Spain?
Any quarantine requirement? Any specific document required other than health certificate and caccination records?

I'm sorry, but why do you want to do that. It's hard enough traveling in the USA with a dog, let alone take it out of the country.

I think it does need to go in quarantine and the journey is not very pleasant, being that animals travel in the luggage compartment. I think your airline will be able to give you exact requirements.
