Question : Travel from Paris to Lyon?
What would be the fastest and the most inexpensive way to travel from Paris to Lyon in March? I will be going to Tignes (ski), flying into Paris first. The trains cost almost 300E for a round trip. As that is my only rail trip, passes would not be of help, I presume. Ryanair and Easyjet do not fly direct. By road, takes almost 5 hours or so, I guess. Help, please!!

after you pay the flight taxes and travel to and from the airports you'll find flying more expencive then the train

The train ticket from Paris to Lyon will cost you 76 Euros (one way2.class) .Travel time 1h50 min on the TGV (High speed train).It's a gas !!
