Question : I will be travelling to Dusseldorf in December.?
Can anyone give any recomendations what to see, What the weather is likely to be. I would also like to know if the "Sorat" hotel is in a good area for tourists to get to and from the places to see like the "KO", Old town, etc. It is said to be in the Government and media district. Any info would be great.

Hard to say how weather's going to be in december in Düsseldorf: maybe very mild, maybe cold, maybe rainy. Here you can find at least some climatological data (monthly average of temperature and precipitation):
