Budapest is an exciting city even when it's peaceful. Now it's much more exciting, but I1d avoid the downtown after eight in the evening. There are very nice hotels in the suburbs, and on Monday, while there were clashes in the downtown, other parts of the city were very peaceful and normal, trams, cars, buses were going up and down the city without any problem.

I could offer to Budapest because it is a very beautiful city. You can see a lot of things there. ( I live in Hungary, so I was there a lot of times.)
