The only ways to get to the Nordkapp is by car or I heard there was a ferry as well. I don´t know if it runs in the winter though!! It you want to stay at the Nordkapp though you better make some reservations first, there is only one hotel and they are normally booked out often!!

By car or bus or you can fly or drive to Tromsö and take a ferry from there they run through the winter since Golf stream keeps the cost of Norway free from ice all through the winter.Driving from Oslo takes some 20-24 hours so maybe better off flying Tromsö.

Fly to Hammerfest, and get a rental-car there resp. take the bus. Check with SAS or Norwegian to see who flies up there, and who will give you the best rate. In any event, you must fly by Gardermoen first, and then get a connecting flight.Word of advice though: Peak winter in Nordkapp is also the time of year when it is more or less dark 24/7, so I don't know if the view will be all that great (if you are intending to go sightseeing). And it will be cold, so bring lots of warm clothing.Have a nice trip!
