A single journey 2nd class ticket from Amsterdam Centraal (main train station of Amsterdam) to Rotterdam Centraal will cost you:12,60 EurosIt does not matter what date you travel, the A return journey (return on the same day) will cost you: 22,50 EurosExpress trains (intercity service) leave approx. every 15 minutes and the trip will take about 40 minutes. You have to buy your ticket at the station before boarding the train. You can queue up at the counter ticket selling point or you can use the automatic ticket machines.
