Question : Can anyone advise the approximate distance, and or travel time by hydrofoil from Skiathos island to Athens?
We are trying to determine if it would be worth booking a flight to travel back to Athens from Skiathos, or enjoy a nice boat ride, as long as it does not take half a day to get there.

Sure, you leave Athens with Bus to Volos, takes around 3 hours, there you get on a ferry. they take betwen 1hr 20min to 2hrs25min
