Yes. Hurricane Season started on June 1 and will last through end of October.

I woulden't worry that much, If you where traveling in August/ September I would worry bun not in July. Usally go down to my families house in October and it's not a real problem

Yes, hurricanes are active at this time. But don't be discourage you can always opt for travel insurance so if one does ruin your plans you will be covered. Keep in mind you have to buy the insurance you need to do so before the threating tropical storm is named in order for it to be valid.BC Travel Company

no hurricanes usually come from august through october, July is just rainy.
