Single entry visas are good for up to 3 months. Multiple entry visas depend upon the type of visa. If you go to

as a eu citizen you can stay as long as you want just with the documents needed to enter (no visa). yet if you are taking the residence there, you must register demonstrating that you can afford to stay in finland.

iF YOU WANT TO GO THERE - NO VISA needed but if you wanted to stay and work there then you will need Job Permit eventually.

As EU citizen as long as you want. If you are planning to take employment or settle down long term you will need to get residence permit from local police office
