Question : How do I travel from Munich to Stuttgart by public transport?

Answer #2 avoid the train coz i know from experience that they're always full (if you reserve a place it's a different story though!) and sometimes unpunctual so that you miss your connection - answered by ladybird

Answer #5 Check with www.bahn.de (German Railroad). They offer direct service between the two cities with one or two connections per hour. It takes 2:21 hrs at 39-46 Euro(2nd class). As you are travelling during the games, the trains might be filled up, so check out 1st class at 61-72 Euro. - answered by Fernweh
