Hotels and everything else in Bermuda are very expensive and there are not many options. I suggest that you consider a crusie to Bermuda, a 5 day cruise is sufficient to see the island and have time for the beautiful pink sand beaches. There is not a lot for a tourist to see in Bermuda so you can spend most of your tie on the beach or playing golf, if you do that. Royal Caribbean, NCL and Holalnd America have cruise from many cities on the each coast. When you crusie there, you stay on the ship and eat on the ship.
