Question : What are the steps to open a new Company in Cayman Island from here (California)?
For example, we would like to know the major steps to establish a new Company(regular corporation) in Cayman Island without really traveling to the island to finish the paper works. Approximately how much does it cost in total? We are in California and NY. Therefore, we hope to open a brand-new offshore company there and do business mainly in USA states. hi, there are many other Jurisdictions, however if you are serious i know a company in Belize that sells offshore companies for a little over $1000. ( i am not going to tell you that i got one however if you e-mail them diana.lino@trinityserv.com, i am sure they can help you.
