Cairo? Travel to this place, from where??? From Germany is just 4 hours or 5. From the US I don't know.

i know from usa it took me like 13 hours because i had to change planes 3 times and i had some long layovers

Do you mean Cairo? Not sure there is a place called Ciaro, but it sounds Italian....You should stop on the way, London makes a good layover and you can stay the night and get some fish and chips. If not, you'll likely take 2 flights, one to Europe and one to Cairo. First will be between 8-10 hours, second between 6-8 hours depending on where you come from.
