Question : where near hartford ct can i mail a parcel to poland. The travel agency that did this closed.?
When I send mail through the post office it is often stolen once it reaches Poland. The travel agency would collect a large number of parcels then have a private delivery service in Poland make the deliveries.

The post office can mail packages, letters, parcels to other countries. Also UPS and FedEx both deliver things to other countries.
