It'll take between 4-6 hours, depending upon which train you take. It'll cost you around E30 - E56 again depending upon which train and which class ticket you buy

You can get there cheap for only 15euros for 1st class travel on an IC or ICPlus train (6-7hr trip). Or 29euro or 39 euros on the Eurostar in 1st class - faster option at a ~6hr trip.15 euro promotion for the IC, ICPlus trains-
