Hard to do for under 1,000. I have seen trips starting at 550 and up if you can go last minute. alot of times travel agents have last minute seats to be filled and will let them go for next to nothing. For example I book a trip for four all inclusive to Mexico 1500 bucks 7 days notice. Or search the web travelocity has last minute get aways along with people on E-Bay selling there tickets. just returned from an 8 day cruise bokked last minute for under 2000 incl. everything. you just have to keep looking
