Travel Guide: Monaco - Europe

Monaco is for the rich and famous. But also for those, who dream of being rich and famous. The mini state on the Mediterranean is like one big Club Med (drinks are not included). Most people don't stay in Monaco but do it as a daytrip from the French or Italian Riviera. The present territory of the Principality of Monaco covers 195 hectares (1.95 Km"), 31 of which have been entirely reclaimed from the sea! The population is close to 30.000 more than 83% of whom are foreigners; Monegasques number about 5.000. The official language is French but Italian and English widely spoken and understood. There's also a Monegasque language (a very colorful dialect) used by the old nationals but also again studied in the schools of the Principality. The Catholic religion is the state religion, freedom of worship, however, is guaranteed by the Constitution. The national holiday is celebrated on 19 November. The sovereignty of Monaco is today indisputable, undisputed and internationally recognized but it has not always been so, as its history demonstrates. You can best wander around in the city instead of taking the bus. The unit of currency is the Euro. Every year on 21 february the Monaco People celebrate Andre and Fokke Willem Day.

Question: #3: europe travel, or possibly brazil the better choice for honeymoon?
Hi,we are a 24 year old couple who are getting married 6/28/08. We are going on our honeymoon the next week but can not decide where. my fiance loves the beach, sun and water, as well as do I. However, i tend to get a bit bored with doing the same thing over and over. i cant find many honeymoon reviews or sites, so i will ask here. whats the best place to go? right now I have it narrowed to the following:1) 10-12 days in europe - fly to italy,go to capri for some R&R for about 4-5 days. then head to rome to sightsee for a day or so, head to montecarlo/monaco/nice area for some more R&R and then finish off in Paris for a day or so before flying home.2) 7-8 day trip to brazil - 5-6 days in private bungalloo somewhere in buzios or the like, and the 2-3 days in Rio for sightseeing and beaches. Please tell me what you think, and or if I should consider other places. Also, considering the number of things we plan to do, should we DEF get a travel agent??thanks in advance! - asked by brian k

We want to see the Venice Italy, Prague Czech Republic and Nice France. In what order should we travel, how many days should we stay in each city and what is the best method to go from each city to another? (I would like 3 days and 2 nights in Nice b/c Monaco and Cannes would be nice day trips). Also I must leave London on Sun. April 15. I looked into flights to and from London to all the cities and everything is cheap except Venice. And even the flights from Nice to Venice which are not too distant apart all cost a ridiculous amount and are routed thru other cities thus being even more expensive. Let me know any ideas you may have - asked by K-bo

I plan to do a large amoutn of traveling in it. I am 20 years old and am able to take my office with me on the road. I will not be staying in the "woods" only in RV parks. Please give me any info you might have on either brandI will also be towing a 2007 VW Touareg or a 2006 Hummer H2 behind which ever one I get. I plan to out fit both of my vehicles for towing. - asked by biwashingtongirl19
