Edinburgh Reviews Worthy!!!  I spent 12 months in Edinburgh and I have to say the city is just amazing. People are friendly, there are loads of pubs and clubs to go (most of them are free of charge) the views are just wonderful... Distinctly Average  Intended to stay a week in the Scottish Capital but was struggling for activities by day 2. The castle was nice but expensive, the view coming out of the main train station is stunning, 1st impressions... Edinburgh is Tops Edinburgh is the best place for an American tourist to get the feel of Europe, a taste of Scotland and the sights that are worth every moment.
I love Edinburgh for its look and the way the streets... Interesting city  The Royal Mile & the castle are just a few sites worth seeing. Lots of good shopping & check for festivals that might be going on while you plan on being there. Hated it  Rude people, wheater is horrible. The place kind of freaked me out cause of the fogg. Have seen better places in Europe, Amsterdam f.e. awesome city BONNIE SCOTLAND To bagpipers tunes of "Amazing Grace" along Princes St. we toured lovely Edinburgh.

1.Castle--perched on a cliff it is both bold and regal and houses crown jewels... A Truely Beautiful City... This is truely one of the most beautiful cities that I have ever visited in Europe. I love nice scenary and was surprised to find the centre of Edinburgh, especially the area near princes mall,... Breath taking views from the Edinburgh Castle. We loved the sight seeing tour bus and the ease with which you could get on and off to see all the famous sights.
The Castle is tremendous and has breath taking views. Don't forget your camera... 20 plus trips and still visiting Edinburgh,Scotland is my favorite place in the world. It must be as I have been taking holidays there yearly since 1984. Our daughter married her British husband in Edinburgh --that's how much... Celebrate New Year's Eve in Edinburgh, Scotland!
