Venice Reviews Venice, No More Falling Angels  Our last trip to Venice was in 1998 and we only had 24 hours on a tour. This time we spent three full nights and still will have to come back to see it all.
After reading City of Falling Angels... Venice review July 2008  I have traveled throughout the world and grew up in San Francisco.
Just returned from Rome/Florence- what beautiful cities...Florence- you will love and lose your heart in- what a city- the Tuscan... Small price to pay for Love I loved Venice in itself, however the street vendors were super pushy, and obviously not of Italian descent. I went in February when it was still chilly, but all the more reason to suggle up with... Basilica de San Marco Absolutely gorgeous site - definitely a must see...BUT, if you have problems with stairs, vertigo or long climbs you might consider passing on the upstairs museum! The staircase is quite steep... Venice was Magical I was there in nov of 07 on my honeymoon and my husband and i had an amazing time.
Definitely spend the money on a gondola ride. For the ultimate experience hire a singer and accordion player... venice is a dreamcity :) i like all in venice for it is unique :)
the most important feature is, it is surrounded with sea and you can only go somewhere by walk or by vaporetto, no other possibility to use a car :) you... My hats off to the people of Venice My husband and I were in Venice for the first time in late Oct. It was an experience of a lifetime.
The people of Venice were kind and helpful, no matter where we were. My favorite trattoria... Looking For The Secret  Having read the poor reveiws of Venice, we still decided to be there 4 days before our cruise commenced.We stayed in early Autumn,October, in a local Bed & Breakfast,away from all the expensive... Awful It was a horrible choice to go to Venice. Dirty and smelly. everything is overpriced. people are so unfriendly and extremly rude. I don't understand why the italians treat tourist like this... It was great! I liked everything because it was a one-of-a-kind trip and experience!!! I think the best time to go would be in the fall, it is convenient and mystical.
